This area of practice of the Firm aims at representing our clients, be them individuals or legal entities, in court cases, either on plaintiff’s or defendant’s side, or in administrative cases incurring from government inspections, actively managing the client’s case portfolio and setting strategies, with the assessment of the risks involved in each case and specific guidance for each case.

The litigation practice of the Firm also encompasses acting in employment cases that are on the enforcement stage, employing the necessary measures for the defense of our clients’ interests.

Particularly, we should point out our highly developed skills in oral arguments, be them in cases filed by the Firm itself or in other firms’ cases, when we are hired only to perform oral arguments.
