Currently, the Law provides for several alternative manners of dispute resolution, which demanded and evolution of employment law in order to encompass such alternative dispute resolution methods. Keeping a close eye in such evolution, the firm provides services aimed at the out-of-court resolution of disputes, pointing out the most recent development with the enactment of Act No. 13.467/17 (the so-called Labor and Employment Law Reform), which included the non-contentious proceeding in our Labor and Employment Law Code, for which, once the legal requirements are met, the settlement agreement reached out-of-court is submitted for the approval of the courts.
